A Spectacular Night of Wonder: Standard Chartered Arts in the Park “Night Parade” Lights Up Lee Gardens
The largest-ever Standard Chartered Arts in the Park "Night Parade" will illuminate Lee Gardens Area on Saturday, 14 November at 8:30 pm. Starting at the main entrance of Lee Garden One, the parade travels along Yun Ping Road, Pak Sha Road, Lee Garden Road and Kai Chiu Road to Hysan Place before returning to the starting point.
A Night Parade Set to Be Largest in Event History
This year’s Standard Chartered Arts in the Park presents a Night Parade inspired by classic fairy tales, including Hansel and Gretel, Little Red Riding Hood, The Emperor’s New Clothes, Jack and the Beanstalk, Aladdin and the Wonderful Lamp and The Happy Prince. The parade features 5 illuminated giant puppets and 18 twinkling costumes created by local professional artists – the highest number of costumes in the event’s history. With more than 150 performers – almost two-thirds more than in previous years. Joining the parade team that strolls the streets for the first time are a juggling team, a marching band and a rope skipping troupe, alongside dazzling dance and live music performances that transform Causeway Bay into a vibrant celebration after dark.
