Founded in 2019 by Alison Wah, AW Patisserie is an artisanal dessert brand dedicated to intertwining authentic French pastry craftsmanship with Hong Kong’s local heritage. Alison graduated from the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2016, earning her Pastry Diploma. During her time in Paris, she fully immersed herself in the rich culture of French pastry. A defining moment of her journey was attending a seminar by the legendary pastry master, Pierre Hermé, which profoundly shaped her ultimate pursuit of French culinary aesthetics.
