AW Patisserie

Founded in 2019 by Alison Wah, AW Patisserie is an artisanal dessert brand dedicated to intertwining authentic French pastry craftsmanship with Hong Kong’s local heritage. Alison graduated from the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2016, earning her Pastry Diploma. During her time in Paris, she fully immersed herself in the rich culture of French pastry. A defining moment of her journey was attending a seminar by the legendary pastry master, Pierre Hermé, which profoundly shaped her ultimate pursuit of French culinary aesthetics. At AW Patisserie, we believe that desserts are more than just a treat for the palate—they are vessels of culture and memory. By introducing innovative flavor combinations, we are redefining the endless possibilities of French pastry in Hong Kong.
